Arsenal or Man Utd to follow Liverpool out FA cup door?

Arsenal and Manchester United are not the only the only big Premier League clubs that are still involved in this season’s FA cup. We also have Man City and Chelsea and they are also up against lower league opposition in the fifth round which is being played over the next three days.

So Pep Guardiola and Antonio Conte could see their respective sides suffer a giant killing and either of them could be joining Liverpool in taking an early bath, after Jurgen Klopp’s reds provided one of the shocks of the previous round in losing to Wolves at Anfield.

I would not bet on City or Chelsea messing up though, even though Guardiola’s team is away to in form Huddersfield and that there are now online bookies which allow you to pay via your phone bill if you are short of cash.. I expect that the City players will expect a tough test and will be ready for it, while the boss will surely select a strong starting line-up. And I cannot see Chelsea slipping up as Conte has them in great form and with seemingly unstoppable momentum.

Arsenal have the lowest ranked side left in the tournament, Sutton United, and after recent disappointing results I think Wenger will pick a strong team but I feel that the mood in the Arsenal camp is bad and that they are vulnerable. They certainly will not relish playing in a tiny ground on an artificial pitch.

United are in good form but I also think they could slip up away to Blackburn Rovers tomorrow, as they are already in the EFL cup final and have bigger fish to fry in the hunt for a top four EPL finish as well as the Europa League. Which, if any, of the big Premier League guns will join Liverpool in going out?
