The Arsenal winger Theo Walcott may be out injured at the moment, but his sister Hollie is extremely fit, and she aims to prove it by winning the British Natural BodyBuilding Championships at Glasgow in ten days time.

The good news is that it is not the steroid-filled superbody class that she is aiming to win, but the Figure Showing Class, where the emphasis is on a more feminine look.
