Not many of you may of heard of Lorena Bernal. Well if you didn’t know she is the other half of new Arsenal signing Mikel Arteta, and what a other half she is!
Lorena is 34 and was born in Argentina, but she lived in Spain from the age of just one. She has worked as an actress and a model, and judging by some of the latest pictures that have been published on the internet she is sure to go down well at he Emirates this season, even if Arteta doesn’t.
Bernal will be a beautiful and welcome addition to the Arsenal WAGs after being locked away in the North West for the last few years while Arteta was at Everton, and her infectious smile (amongst other impressive qualities) is guaranteed to win her even more admirers. In fact I think I’m going to look at the live betting tips to see the price of her being Queen of the London WAGs before next summer!
The pair have one child, Gabriel, who turned two earlier this year, and they would like to add more at a later date. Bernal has put her career on hold to look after Gabriel and recently said, “Now my family is my work. I return to work when Mikel finish his career in football.”
Bernal was crowned Miss Spain in 1999 when she was just 21, and has appeared in the TV shows Chuck and CSI Miami. The pair first dated in 2005, and have been together ever since and got married last year. Arsenal fans will be hoping Arteta does not get injured, because why would you want to play football when you have a beautiful woman like Lorena Bernal at home waiting for you.
