How to really be a WAG!!!

If you really want to be a WAG – you’d better find yourself a famous footballer and bag him quickly.

Unfortunately, life isn’t that simple – but you can live the WAG lifestyle with relative ease if you know how to go about things properly. And West Cheshire College in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (a county famous for the number of WAGS it is home to) can help show you how it’s done.

A course at the college helps students to learn how to achieve the much sought-after WAG look, made famous by the wives of England footballers all those years ago during the World Cup (you can bet on England’s upcoming games with Paddy Power).

You can learn how to achieve the big bouncy hair with full curls – and how to apply your make-up to perfection, including false lashes obviously. There are no formal requirements to get on the course but an interest in the subject area is distinctly helpful!

But if you can’t be bothered with all that – then here are a few tips to get you going:

Firstly, you’ll need some really BIG shades. Don’t worry about looking ridiculous; remember, you’re “already” a celeb – so act like one and pretend you ‘re trying not to be recognised. And if you’re doing a quick run to the shops or supermarket etc., and haven’t had time to get into full regalia and make-up, then wear expensive running gear and a baseball cap, look in a continual hurry and keep your head down – again as if you’re doing all you can not to get noticed, being as well-known as you obviously are.

Always wear the most expensive branded clothes you can find (fake it if you have to), try and show off your tanned legs if you can (and always have a tan obviously), hang around bars and clubs known to be popular with Premier League footballers and tweet constantly as if you already are a fully-fledged WAG – whilst following various footballers and other WAGS.

Do all this and you’ll be well on the way to the WAG demi-celebrity lifestyle and you’ll also increase your chances of actually landing a real player.
