Fabregas jets off with WAG to get over Chelsea red card

I don’t suppose that the Chelsea and Spain international star Cesc Fabregas would have been feeling all that bad today anyway, as his first season with Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge has given him a first Premier League winners medal. But from the looks of things he could soon have forgotten about last night’s red card for kicking the ball at the referee and some West Brom players entirely.

It may seems strange that Cesc Fabregas was bizarrely sent off during yesterdays loss to West Brom, and therefore set to miss Chelsea’s last game of the season, but one cannot help but think perhaps it was exactly what he wanted as just a few short hours after he was sent off he was off to the airport! It would certainly be very interesting to discover exctly when he bought the tickets!

Fabregas took his girlfriend Daniella Semaan and their young daughter straight out of the firing line of the English media. They were snapped arriving at the chic and exclusive resort of Nice on the French Riviera, where there are many excellent casinos, although I doubt that he has gone there just to play on the new Dracula slot!

The former Arsenal man will now miss the last Premier League game of the season and with it the chance to equal or even break his old team mate Thierry Henry’s record of assists in a Premier League season. But if that was playing on his mind at all, I reckon this old picture of his partner on the beach with Antonella Roccuzzo, the wife of Lionel Messi, shows that Cesc will not be moping about for long.

I can certainly think of two very good reasons for Fabregas to enjoy his summer, and that has nothing to do with his instant success with new club Chelsea.
